Hens Teeth and its members regularly exhibit throughout the year in a variety of galleries and shows throughout the region. There are several Hens Teeth group exhibitions and also events which indivudual members take part in.
On Sunday 21st February at 4pm in St John’s Church, Penistone, Sergeant Major Steve Marks will be accepting the cheque on behalf of the Royal Marines Benevolent Fund for Monies raised at AATA 2009.
Following the success of ‘Art at the Altar 2009’, we have been invited to display at Wentworth Castle Gardens over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
This is a tremendously exciting opportunity for the Hen’s Teeth co-operative of Artist and Craftspeople as not only will it broaden our exposure to a wider audience but it will give us the opportunity to produce some new work with something other than Christmas in mind!
It will run along similar lines to ‘Art at the Altar’ and 20% of all sales will be donated to the restoration of Wentworth Castle Gardens.
The exhibition will be open daily from 1st - 5th April, 10 am - 5pm.
