Welcome to the Hens Teeth website

Hens Teeth was established in 2005 by a cooperative of artists and
friends todraw attention to the wealth and diversity of Artists and craftsmen
in Penistone and District and the wider east peak area.

This website endeavours not only illuminate the amazing variety and quality of
work being produced by artists and craftsmen in this area but to show that they
are not "as rare as Hen’s Teeth" after all!

About Us

‘Art at the Altar’ is Hens Teeth's annual exhibition held at St Johns Church, Penistone; 20% of all sales are donated to charity every year.

Hens Teeth and its members exhibit throughout the year and their work can be seen in galleries and shows throughout the region.
